Our brief stay here was incredible. Your kindness and hospitality were heartwarming. We had an incredible time at the Belize Zoo. Juan, our guide and one of the zookeepers, was amazing. The zoo is truly a very special place. The highlight of our stay here, and likely our whole trip, was the ATM wet cave hike. Absolutely spectacular! It made for an amazing end to our vacation in Belize and Gonzo was a superb guide and source of info. We hope to return and complete the Black Hole Drop tour we missed this round. Best of luck heading into the New Year. Hope to see you soon.

We had a wonderful time. The birds and the sounds were fabulous. The hospitality was very warm and friendly. The adventures were exciting, the food delicious and the staff very friendly. Great piece of paradise. We will tell others of this little shangrila LOVE IT!!!! I also want to thank you for letting my little ones invade your space, I don't normally get a real break like that when on a family vacations. I have never read an entire book on a trip since children, what a treat. We enjoyed the tours very much. Stephen can't stop talking about our horse back ride. I am really glad you suggested he come along with me. Michael loved his bike ride and we all loved the tubing through the caves.

This has been a perfect honeymoon for us. Unique and special ~ just the way it was meant to be!! Our itinerary suits us perfect.
River Cave Tubing is something everyone should try at least once. Crawling in the caves and floating in the river made for a fun adventure. The Tikal Mayan Ruins trip is another must-see. Awe-inspiring structures and the steps leading to the tops made for quite a workout.Quite possibly our favorite tour was the Jungle Horseback Riding. And we absolutely loved all of the meals! We definitely felt spoiled with such fantastic food.
The Jungle Dome is in such a beautiful setting. Very isolated and remote, which made us feel like we found a secret hideaway.Quite definitely a place we will recommend to our friends. We both enjoyed ourselves and feel not only that we had a vacation but we also have some good friends, including our guides and everyone on the staff.
Brainard has a very good way of supplying you with knowledge that is not only from the present but from long ago. The whole family here at the Dome made you feel like you were visiting family and when we return hopefully Alyson will be still here to take us on another horse ride.

The Belize Zoo is settled upon 29 acres of tropical savanna and exhibits over 125 animals all native to Belize. The zoo keeps animals which were either orphaned, born at the zoo, rehabilitated animals, or sent to The Belize Zoo as gifts from other zoological institutions.
The Belize Zoo believes that by bringing the people of Belize closer to the animals which are their natural heritage, they will feel proud of these special resources, and want to protect them for future generations
