Since the opening of the Belize Jungle Dome in December 2004, Belizes newest and one of Belizes finest Jungle Lodges, the Jungle Dome has undergone many new changes and upgrades to the facilities offered at the Resort.

Set in stunning Jungle surroundings deep in the heart of the Cayo District it offers the perfect base for anyone wanting to explore Belize and it also is an Adventure Travellers paradise. An ideal setting for Birders, Archaeologists, Nature lovers and explorers.

Its 3 pool side rooms all offer Air Conditioning, Satellite Television, Ceiling Fans, LuxuriousKing Size Beds, Wireless Internet, and a Fridhe in the rooms. In fact the whole Jungle Lodge has Wireless Internet so if you travel and work the Belize Jungle Dome can be idealic to kick back and enjoy its tranquil surroundings with all the modern amenities you could wish for.

With a Tree-Top Cafe overlooking the Pool where you can get a Smoothie, check E-mail, fresh coffees and listen to the music inspired by our ex MTV presenter Simones i-pod collection.

We also have an onsite Yoga/Pilates/Fitness Instructor. Karen Turner from Canada has made her home at the Jungle Dome and offers a wide variety of activities for our guests.

Currently undergoing its newest facelift is the Swimming Pool. Tailor made Marble tiles that have been specially "grinded" to provide a non-slip surface are being laid aroung the pool edge. Behind these will be another level of tiles all designed to blend in with the colour scheme of the Jungle Dome and its natural surroundings. Once completed the Pool-Side will have a stunning tiled finish which will continue throughout the lower level of the lodge and through the Pool-Side Terrace.

The Jungle Dome has also finished construction of a 14,200 gallon rainwater collection tank. In keeping with its Eco-Travel appeal the rainwater will be collected from the huge Dome roof and used for Showers and Toilets around the Lodge.

We are also delighted to see the progress of our Adventure Travel Website, which is receiving 800 hits daily through the internet. A fine achievement and something we are all very proud of.

With the upcoming high season just a few months away the Belize Jungle Dome is set for an exciting season. With Room rates in the middle price range, guests this coming season will be getting alot of value for their money at a Lodge designed for the total comfort of its guests.
